If this succeeds then maybe someone with the knowledge and time could do some thing about politicians who give their loyalty to a party rather than to those who elected them. Plus a host of other unconstitutional and immoral acts. Maybe we can force them to listen to the will of the people.

Dear Fellow Australians,

 

The Indictment filed against a NSW Supreme Court Judge, Michael Frederick Adams, for denying John Peter Bauskis, Case No: 11031 of 2007, is crucial to whether we are Freemen or Slaves.

 

"I want free" is from the movie, "Amistad" (available in video rental stores). It is a true story of slaves who took over the ship which was transporting them to America from Africa in the early 1800's. It tells of good men, such as John Quincy Adams (Adams...how is that for irony?), who fought in the Courts to secure freedom for those unfortunates. It is a quality production.

 

The Indictment against Michael Frederick Adams was filed on Tuesday 27th February, and is scheduled for next Monday, the 12th of March, at 9:00am. If he, or his legal representative, does not show up, then we have an Arrest Warrant ready to be issued for him.

 

This action in the NSW Supreme Court is the most important case in the history of Australia. Presently, we have "evil counsellors, judges and ministers" in Australia who are determined to "subvert and extirpate (our) laws and liberties" ...... we have a "Star Chamber" that is far more treacherous than ever existed in England before the Habeas Corpus Act of 1640 to abolish it.

 

Make no mistake, without the Right to Trial by Jury, we are Slaves.

 

Words on the Magna Carta Monument in Canberra's Parliamentary Triangle say, "Magna carta is now seen as a traditional mandate for trial by jury, justice for all, accountable government and no arbitrary imprisonment".

 

Australian Judges and lawyers declare that "Magna Carta is obsolete" and "No, we do not have the Right to Trial by Jury in Australia".

 

They are telling us we are Slaves.

 

We are telling them, by indicting this arch-traitor, that we are not Slaves but Freemen.

 

Who will win? The Indictment must go to Trial by Jury......but what will our enemies contrive to try to abort the Rule of Law?
