Out with the red-white-blue, in with New Labour's "rainbow"!

The British Government is openly luring overseas perverts to Britain to take advantage of our liberal laws on same sex activity.

Visit Britain, is a government funded quango and receives a £35 million grant from the Department for Culture, Media and Sport to promote Britain overseas.

The tourist quango is bending over backwards to lure the pink pound, but even the gay community itself is red with anger at the lurid language used to attract homosexuals to the “United Queendom”.

Its website has a Gay Britain section which boasts about Britain’s “proud gay history, cutting-edge culture and fashion, flamboyant cities and pulsating nightlife”.

“Cliched language”

Referring to the United Queendom, the website states that

“Awash with rainbow pride, Britain is a nation of excitement, history, talent and understanding. Hell, we’ve even had a gay king (or perhaps we should have called him queen) way back in the 13th century.”

Age of consent

The website which advertises the dozen or so “Gay Pride” events throughout 2005 lures overseas perverts to come to Britain to prey on schoolboys. Homosexuality is illegal throughout most of Africa, Asia and many overseas countries have an older age limit of 18 or even 21 for legal homosexual activity, Britain however in line with most of western Europe allows schoolboys to be preyed upon as young as 16.

The website parades the fact that “We also have equal age-of-consent laws (set at 16), partnership laws and even legal-commitment ceremonies in some of our major cities. As for marriage, it’ll just be a matter of time!”

“We’re all just counting the days until a union with Jack under the Union Jack becomes more than just a dream.”

Better reasons for visiting our shores
Never mind the attraction of our stately homes, our castles, cathedrals and magnificent stone henges from Orkney to Cornwall, never mind our treasure trove of historical buildings and museums, never mind our superb cuisine from Cornish seafood to Scottish venison, or our abundance of craft breweries and distilleries. Instead of capitalising on our rich heritage and culture and attracting those millions of Australians, South Africans, Americans and Canadians to the villages of their forebears, this perverted government seeks to attract homosexuals from around the world to take part in the various Pride and Mardi Gras festivals, the gay and lesbian film festival, the Mr. Gay UK competition, the Erotica Festival and the Drag Olympics.

The once great hub of Empire, London with its museums, art galleries and richness of history on almost every street and park is described as “more than a destination, it’s an experience”.

 However to lure the so called “pink pound” and capitalise on the age of consent of 16 is a Blairite funded charter to lure overseas perverts to prey on our youngsters and should be strongly opposed by all parents.
