Draconian New Gun Laws In South Africa Spell
Genocide For Whites

If you do not believe
in the right to keep and bear arms, then consider these facts: In
1928, Hitler used the registration laws and lists of firearm owners
which had been introduced by the Weimar government to disarm the
people, in particular Jews, but other dissents as well. In 1938 he
made changes which actually made firearm ownership somewhat easier
IF you were a "German" and part of the forces or youth brigade. Others
were not considered to be Germans.
Why? So those German people not taken in by Hitler's propaganda machine
and whom Hitler considered as not true Germans would be weak and easily
controlled.
During Hitler's reign, the Germans invaded country after country in Europe.
The one country they would not invade was Switzerland. Why? The reason
is simple. Switzerland was the only country left in Europe that still
allowed its people to keep and bear arms. The Nazis, being afraid of
widespread-armed resistance, left them alone.
There are those that believe that if the Jews in Nazi Germany were armed
and offered fierce resistance, the holocaust would not have happened
on a scale that it did.
Over the last 10 years, law-abiding citizens have been stripped of their
right to own some or all types of firearms in Australia, Great Britain
and New Zealand, among others.
Gun control kills:
- In
1929 the Soviet Union established gun control. From 1929 to 1953
approximately 20 million dissidents, unable to defend themselves,
were rounded up and exterminated.
- In 1911
Turkey established gun control. From 1915 to 1917 1.5 million Armenians,
unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
- In 1928
Germany established gun control. From 1939 to 1945, 13 million Jews,
gypsies, homosexuals, the mentally ill and other who were unable
to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
- In 1935,
China established gun control. From 1948 to 1952, 20 million political
dissidents who were unable to defend themselves were rounded up
and exterminated.
- In 1964
Guatemala established gun control. From 1964 to 1981, 100,000 Mayan
Indians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
- In 1970
Uganda established gun control. From 1971 to 1979, 300,000 Christians,
unable to defend themselves were rounded up and exterminated.
- In 1956,
Cambodia, established gun control. From 1975 to 1977, one million "educated" people,
unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated
That places the total
number of people who lost their lives at the hands of their own governments
at 56 million in the last century. All Communist countries and those
which are run by despotic tyrants (cf Zimbabwe) ensure by means of
deceptive propaganda, that private gun ownership is seen as incipient
terrorism.
Tyrants always loathe an armed people.
South Africa is second only to Columbia when it comes to gun
related violent crimes.
Gangs of crime syndicates carry out these crimes with ILLEGAL
firearms. They're notorious: Chinese Triads, Nigerian drug dealers as
well as Russian Mafiosi have turned South Africa into their illegal trafficking
headquarters.
It is estimated that there are some 700 gangs who operate out
of South Africa.
In the past year illegal guns were used in 58.5% of all robberies
and 48% of murders.
Yet on July 1 the ANC Communist Marxist government by stealth
put in place Draconian gun laws that will ensure that the white population
who represent nearly half of the licensed firearm owners in South Africa
are guaranteed to face genocide.
At no stage or point in time were the public or firearm owners
or organizations given the opportunity to question the policy of the
Act.
The government ignored a petition with 380,000 signatures. Thousands
of submissions had been discarded unopened. The first draft received
2000 submissions and the second 450 submissions. No other bill has received
as many submissions.
All suggestions on policy were ignored. The new South African
Firearm Control Bill (B34D-2000) has now 'passed' both houses of Parliament.
It has been approved by the Portfolio Committee on Safety and Security,
been voted on by the National Assembly and found its way through the
National Council of Provinces. Never in the history of South Africa have
the SAPS and government stooped to such low levels and processes of lawmaking.
In the post-apartheid South Africa, a senior police commissioner
sent word down the ranks that the police were to advise complainants
of theft, robbery, grand auto that if they caught the person in the act
they should shoot and shoot to kill as this would alleviate paper work.
If the perpetrator was found unarmed the police should 'take
care of the evidence.' The implication was that weapons, drugs, knives
etc etc would be planted. That was then.
Now I have it on good authority that the police hand stolen guns
to inmates as they leave prison or the cellblock at the police station.
Is it any wonder that whites in South Africa dread the day Mandela
dies? White South Africans are gripped in fear of his passing. Many are
preparing in vain for the vicious campaign of ethnic cleansing which
the ANC Marxist Communist government has promised will happen within
hours of his death. There will be a mass exodus of some 70,000 armed
black men who will be transported to the city centres to carry out ethnic
cleansing against the hated white tribe.
These acts of violence will lead to revolution. One Police official
said "Blacks are aware of the plans and often threaten white people saying
that 'When Mandela dies, we will kill you like flies.'"
Recently my colleague Adriana Stuijt made an impassioned plea
to Larry Pratt, director of the influential Gun Owners of America to
bring the plight of the millions of besieged Afrikaners to the attention
of the Bush Government.
It is these people who will be singled out for extermination
first, followed closely by the Indians, the so-called Coloureds and thereafter
any person whom the Xhosa-based ANC decides is undesirable.
Charl van Wyk, the chairman of Victims against Crime said that
the laws are 'illegitimate and an infringement of the citizen's inalienable
rights to defend himself and his family."
Charl van Wyk was in the Saint James Church in 1993 when AK47-wielding
APLA members attacked it. The attackers killed 11 worshippers. He was
the lone-armed congregant who shot back at the attackers.
The commander of the Marxist group who claimed responsibility
for the attack said that the congregation was attacked because they
were all white and believed to be unarmed.
The Fire Arm Control Act makes for satirical reading:
- It is illegal for
tourists and ex-patriots to carry a weapon despite the fact that
South Africa is the murder capital of the world.
- Applicants have
to 'prove' a need to carry a firearm, despite the fact that South
Africa has the highest murder rate in the world.
- Registrar may
decline licences for obscure reasons.
- The Registrar
may further prohibit or restrict the acquisition, disposal, possession
or use of firearms or a class of firearm, firearm parts or ammunition,"in
the interest of public safety or if desirable for the maintenance
of law and order.
- A member of a
military force of another country visiting South Africa is exempted
from the provisions of the Act. This clause is indeed a strange
one. How is it possible that foreign soldiers should be granted
a right that citizens are being denied in their own country?
- A person may be
declared unfit to possess a firearm if he/she has failed to take
the prescribed steps for the safe keeping of the firearm. To this
end, the police are entitled to make 'surprise home searches' without
search warrants from the courts.
- Gun licences must
be carried at all times. Should you forget your licence at home
the penalty is ten years of imprisonment.
- Searches and seizures
may take place without a warrant by 'any person authorised by the
National Commissioner.' Fingerprints, palm prints, footprints and
bodily samples may be taken by a police official without a warrant
if he suspects an offence punishable for a period of five years
or longer.
- According to this
Act, a person is guilty until proven innocent.
- Since the beginning
of time, presumption of innocence has been foundational; from the
Mosaic Law (Law given to Moses by God) through the Magna Carta
(1215), the English Declaration of Rights (1689) and the American
Bill of Rights. However these laws have been replaced by the French
Revolution's "guilty until proven innocent" premise.
- A person who is
aware of the existence of a firearm or ammunition that is not legally
owned and fails to report the location to a police official is
guilty of an offence and this carries a proposed maximum 15-year
imprisonment. This is the tried and trusted method of the STASI
-- informing on your neighbours is mandatory.
- We will need many
prisons for the family members of gangsters: If they tell the police
about such an offence, they face the threat of 'street justice',
but if they remain silent, they face 15 years imprisonment.
- An Appeal Board
will be established, consisting of no more than five members who
must be appointed by the Minister.
- The Minister in
consultation with the National Commissioner and Secretary may declare
firearm-free zones for Safety and Security, if it is "in the public
interest" and in accordance with the objects of this Act. Martial
Law?
- No firearm or
ammunition may be allowed in a firearm-free zone and a police official
may search premises and people and seize any firearm or ammunition
without a warrant. Suggested imprisonment of 5 years for allowing
a firearm in such a zone, 10 years for carrying and 25 years for
storage of firearms and ammunition in such a zone are the order
of the day!
- The Minister may,
in writing, designate any person or any category of person employed
by the State, as police officials. This is more STASI informer
methodology.
The St James Massacre
in 1993 and the East London pub attack (among many other unreported or
unreported upon, incidents) are examples of lives saved by licensed firearm
owners returning fire. Several schools in the USA (which are gun-free zones)
have been attacked, which proves that the mere status as a gun-free zone
does not prevent homicidal attacks. Innocent people had to try to defend
themselves with nothing but their bodies.
Fees for licences may be determined by the Minister as well as remuneration
to be charged by the dealers for the disposal of firearms. Thus people
may be disarmed for economic reasons alone.
The potential for abuse of law is great, with warrantless door bashing
midnight raids which take place regularly. Consider also, the potential
for corruption of the system by unscrupulous police officials in issuing
licenses to criminals.
In the orgy of violence that has held South Africa in its grip
since the ANC took control of the county, it is difficult not to see another
agenda, a very sinister agenda, which has as its aim, the complete disarming
and eventual annihilation of the white population.
"I am one.
I cannot do everything, but I can do something. And because I cannot
do everything, I will not refuse to do the something that I can do.
What I can do, I should do. And what I should do, by the grace of
God, I will do." - Edward Everett Hale
