Has the Prime Minister slandered Australians?

 Defamation of Character

 Could anybody advise on, or initiate, a class action against Prime Minister Rudd for defamation against Australians which has now gone world wide?

The Prime Minister has slandered Australians by knowingly and falsely accusing people of this country of deliberately stealing Aborigine children when in fact he must surely be aware that most of these alleged “stolen” children, if not all, were rescued and furthermore it would not surprise me if it was found that no child was ever actually stolen by anybody raiding a tribal area and stealing a child.

Some Aborigine mothers actually pleaded with those at the outback Mission stations to take their child and care for it as they either did not want it or feared for its safety. Tribal stigma of half caste children often forced the mothers to take them to the mission stations because of the fear that, if not merely ostracized by the tribe, the children might even have been killed. Infanticide was not uncommon among Aborigine tribes in such cases. Other children after being repeatedly raped were brought to the missions to save further abuse. One was found hiding in the bushes near a mission station. Another who now claims he was a stolen aborigine child is in fact a white person, and so the sorry saga goes on.

There are those who are now ripping off the government claiming to have been stolen, but to their credit there are also those who admit that they were brought up by kindly people and given a good education. Some were taken into the public service where through political correctness they rose swiftly through the ranks overriding others who were more qualified and ended up millionaires. One such person was an almost full blooded European with red hair and it was his job to pass on millions of dollars to the underprivileged among the Aborigines but instead pocketed the money with the government afraid to remove him from office, however when charges of rape were brought against him the government finally found sufficient courage to sack him.

Now it is a fact that there really were a great many children stolen but they were white. In earlier days it was a disgrace for a teenager to fall pregnant and the usual fate of these young women was to be sent to a home or a hospital where they might work until the child was born. The child would then be taken from them and adopted out as happened to a relative of mine who does not have a clue as to where that grown up child now is.

In my Servicemen’s club I am aware of two men who were stolen and are now adults. Did the vote seeking Prime Minister have any tears for these white people who have lost all contact with their parents and in some cases brothers and sisters?

Did Prime Minister Rudd have any tears for the thousands of Asian children adopted by Australians and others? There was a trade in stealing Asian children and then selling them. There are many stolen Asian children now living in Australia.

Did the Prime Minister make any mention of the wealthy film stars who offered big money to coerce an unhappy parent to part with a child? In one case a Vietnamese child was adamant that he did not want to be adopted but the cash payout prevailed.

Did Prime Minister Rudd make any mention of the recently terminated practice of Australian doctors and other medical personnel buying skeletons from India? These were not just stolen children, they were murdered children.

Prime Minister Rudd should now be penalized for this slander and forced to say sorry to the Australian people whose taxes have done so much to help these people.

I look forward to any legal advice that will put an end to this hypocrisy.
