Port Arthur Massacre Resurrected'.
Possible Class Action Pending'.
At a recent meeting of directly and passionately concerned citizens in Launceston, At a recent meeting those present heard first hand information from various people present, various details about the outrageous and now well-known Port Arthur Massacre, of 1996, and how it was impossible that Martin Bryant, the person accused and jailed over the mass murders, could have committed these atrocities.
The meeting lasted over two hours and left, no one in doubt that what happened at Port Arthur was a previously-planned and well thought-out massacre, which could only have been organised by people in high places in government and other departments, either in Australia or overseas (or both), for the express purpose of taking our guns away from us, the people.
If this conclusion seems unbelievably outrageous or preposterous to some people, consider the partial list of facts and events which follows, and then make up your own mind. This list is not conclusive, but it serves to show what happened in the lead-up, and at the actual scene on the day of the massacre, as well as events which followed:
At a meeting of state premiers in December 1987, in Tasmania, the then NSW premier Barrie Unsworth, told the meeting, "there will never be uniform gun-laws in Australia until we have a massacre in Tasmania:"
• In the months before the massacre, a specially built body-van was ordered and constructed which could hold 19 or more bodies. This van was used to remove the bodies from Port Arthur. Shortly after the event, the body of the van was removed, and the vehicle was sold!
On the day of the massacre, the only two policemen in the area were called away on a wild goose chase to what was supposed to be a drug haul. It turned out to be a false flag.
At the massacre scene on the day, WendyScurr, who was in the building next door, immediately called the Hobart police on the phone and told them there was shooting going on, and even held the phone out the window so they could hear the shots over the phone. It was over 6 hours before any police arrived, as they were "having a barbecue."
One of the people in the Broad Arrow Cafe, the scene of the shooting, - Graham Collier, was shot in the neck at point blank range. He had the presence of mind to play dead. The killer stepped over him twice, so he got a good look at him. Graham survived and emphatically stated, "It was not Martin Bryant who shot me."
• Several other witnesses who survived have stated that the killer was not Bryant, and that the killer had a pock-marked face. Bryant has a smooth face.
The calibre of the bullets recovered from the scene were of a different calibre from that of Bryant's rifle.
When the "ballistics test" was being conducted, a "breach explosion" occurred, damaging the weapon, so that no conclusive results could be obtained.
• Several witnesses have come forward and stated that they had seen Bryant at a place too far way for him to have been at Port Arthur at the time of the shootings.
Nevertheless, there is a plaque now in place at the scene of the Broad Arrow Cafe, which I had the opportunity of photographing, commemorating the massacre, and what took place, and the plaque says, inter alia, that the person who committed the massacre "was arrested, pleaded guilty, tried and convicted, and sent to jail." This is a blatant lie by the authorities, as there was no trial! Martin Bryant has never been tried in a court of law! This in itself is outrageous! The then Prime Minister John Howard saw to that! This in itself is against the law, irrespective of whether he pleaded guilty (after several weeks, even months, of torture) or not.
• Moreover, Martin Bryant we were told, consistently pleaded not guilty initially, then his legal counsel was removed and replaced with another. We were then told that he pleaded guilty. We don't know for sure that he did plead guilty. We were simply told that he did! That's hearsay evidence for a start!
• Bryant reputedly has an IQ of around 65, and suffers from other mental problems. That being the case, he must, by law, have a trial. He could not have fired so accurately, so many rounds, in so short of a time, from the right hip, as the killer was seen to have done. He is also left-handed!
• The house Bryant was in, and was torched, was supposed to have burned him, cleaning up the "evidence." This did not happen. Bryant was obviously carefully set up as a "patsy" for the massacre, over a long period of time. It was all planned well beforehand.
• Bryant was subsequently jailed, never to be released, in solitary confinement, without a trial. This is an outrageous breach of justice, in anyone's language. This is Australia?
A number of foreigners, including Americans, were amongst the victims. There was never an autopsy on any one of them. When a foreigner dies in Australia, an autopsy must be carried out, by law. Another blatant breach of Australian law.
Another eminent researcher on the facts surrounding the Port Arthur massacre is retired policeman Andrew MacGregor. He has a wealth of evidence and information on the entire events, including who arranged and financed it, and what the real agenda behind it was, both here and in the USA!
There are many, many more items and facts of evidence surrounding the massacre, far too many to mention here, showing conclusively that Martin Bryant is not, and could not have been the guilty person. Whether he has an IQ of 65, or 6, is of no consequence. He does not deserve to rot in jail for the rest of his life, with no trial, for something he could not have done, and something needs to be done to bring justice to bear. If that something is a Class Action, well and good.
