Your Majesty,

I have been instructed by our electors to inform you of our serious concern over the very large number of disastrous policies that have been implemented by successive federal and state governments throughout Australia, through successive ministers, members and justices, over many years:

Progressively, over at least the last two decades, these governments have:

Conspired by unlawful, unconstitutional, deceitful, gradualist, fabian methods, to impose upon us, the People of Australia, nothing less than an atheistic, humanistic, neo-pagan, pantheistic, globalist, Marxist style socialist dictatorship, contrary to the Laws of God, the Australian Constitution and the true profession of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ;
Conspired and deliberately ruined our livelihood and that of many of our fellow Australians, by sacrificing the Australian sugar industry on the altars of so-called "free trade" and "economic rationalism."
Conspired and deliberately ruined our livelihood, and that of many of our fellow Australians, by "de-regulating" the dairy industry;
Deliberately jeopardized the livelihood of our fellow prawn farmers by allowing into the country, cheap, poor quality prawns from overseas, with serious risk of disease;
Deliberately jeopardized the livelihood of our fellow banana growers, by allowing cheap, inferior quality bananas into the country from overseas, with serious risk of disease;
Conspired to seriously jeopardize the livelihood of our fellow pig farmers, by allowing into the country cheap, poor quality pork from overseas, with serious risk of disease.
Conspired to gravely endanger our freedom and livelihood by allowing this country to be flooded with aliens from countries whose beliefs and ideologies are foreign, and indeed even hostile to ours, resulting, not at all surprisingly, in whole suburbs in some towns and cities now being totally taken over by these aliens, so that now ordinary Australian citizens cannot even walk along the footpaths of these suburbs, without being bashed, or robbed, or both, with even the police themselves admitting that the situation is out of control;
Conspired and gravely endangered the country and the peace of our fellow Australians by allowing, and even encouraging such influx of aliens and immigrants from these foreign lands, under the guise of so-called "multiculturalism", which policy does not work, and has never worked in the history of civilization.
Ruined the country and the States, by corrupting the due course and administration of justice.
Ruined the country and the States, by encouraging national apathy in respect to our constitutional heritage.
Conspired and violated our ancient liberties by imposing restrictions upon entering and utilising the resources of the forests, under the guise of national or world heritage.
Conspired and violated our ancient liberties and the laws of common sense, by imposing restrictions on the elimination of animal pests on farms.
Violated our ancient liberties by failing to provide security for life, limb, and property.
Violated our ancient liberties by declaring our forests as national parks, alpine reserves, scenic reserves, and fauna reserves, etc., and forbidding our people entry into these lands, without our consent.
Conspired and shredded our Land Title Deeds, without our knowledge or consent.
Violated our ancient liberties by failing to restore lands and rights removed contrary to due process of law.
Violated our ancient liberties by denying the constitutional right to due process of law.
Violated our ancient liberties by imposing tolls, licences and fees on the roads and highways throughout Australia, where we the People have been guaranteed free travel on all roads and highways forever (Magna Carta)
Conspired and violated our ancient laws and liberties by selling off our government utilities to foreign interests, when such utilities are not the government's to sell, but already belong to, and have been paid for, by us, the People.
Conspired and violated the laws of simple arithmetic by suffering, allowing and even encouraging virtually all money which comes into existence, to be created out of thin air by the banks (at the rate of up to 33 to 1), to be only in the form of debts such banks, such debts to be repayable plus interest, which interest was not created in the first place, and therefore does not exist, thereby making the entire monetary system arithmetically unworkable, and therefore impossible.
Conspired and ruined our livelihood and that of our fellow farmers, small businessmen and working men and women by fostering, encouraging and allowing the importation of goods of inferior quality into this country, from countries who have a system of slave labour, when Australians are well able to manufacture superior goods at competitive prices.
Ruined the livelihood of many of our farmers and small businessmen by opting for a policy of so-called "economic rationalism"
Conspired and ruined the economy of our rural people, and the economy of the people of Australia generally, by introducing and maintaining a policy of so-called "world parity pricing" on oil, whereby we the people must pay whatever price the multinationals set, and whilst our fishermen in Indonesia pay only a few cents per litre retail, using oil that Indonesia pumps from oilfields given to them by Australia (our oil), while our people have to pay over 800% more for our fuel.
Conspired and deliberately destroyed local enterprise by introducing and maintaining the iniquitous "double taxation" policy, since 1953, whereby foreign companies operating in this country do not pay tax here, but take all of their profits off-shore virtually tax-free, whilst our Australian businesses are slugged a heavy and progressive income tax, exactly in line with Marx's Communist Manifesto.
Conspired and jeopardised and endangered the economic future of the people of Australia by entering into the so-called Lima Agreement, without the permission of the Australian people, thereby resulting in virtually all of our intellectual property being given away overseas.
Conspired and ruined the political, social and economic future and stability of all Australians by entering into the so-called General Agreement on Trade in Services, without the permission of the Australian people.
Conspired and ruined the economic future of the Australian people by entering into the so-called General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, without the permission of the Australian people, thereby deliberately wrecking, among others, the Australian sugar industry, our fellow Australian cane farmers, and causing numerous hardships amongst our fellow Australian cane farmers, including many nervous breakdowns, family break-ups, and even numerous suicides.
Conspired and endangered the souls of the people of Australia, particularly our youth, by allowing, and even encouraging a continuous stream of filthy, smutty, suggestive and even pornographic and blasphemous literature, films, videos, magazines, radio and TV programmes to be circulated in the community, thereby deliberately leading our youth into temptation and into sin, the very opposite of the contents of the Lord's prayer, "lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil", which prayer is said at the opening of parliaments.
Offended Almighty God, and given scandal to our people, by allowing the blasphemous and sacrilegious use of our Lord's name, throughout the length and breadth of the country, via the media, in films, books, videos and even on live TV programmes.
Violated the Laws of God and our own common law by failing and refusing to protect the right to life of the People of Australia;
Violated the Laws of God and our own common law by legislating, suffering, aiding and abetting the mass murder of approximately one hundred thousand (100,000) unborn Australian babies each year, for at least the last ten years, thereby condoning the mass murder and holocaust of over the last ten years, over one million unborn Australian babies;
Violated the Laws of God and our own common law by using monies collected from us, the People of Australia (our money) by various means, including, but not limited to, various forms of taxation, levees, duties, tolls, fees, fines and other evil, nefarious methods and schemes, to pay doctors, surgeons, chemists and nursing personnel to perform such aforesaid acts of mass murder of approximately one hundred thousand (100,000) unborn Australian babies each year, for many years;
Violated the Laws of God by suffering and even legislating for the establishment of brothels throughout Australia, thereby giving scandal, and leading others into temptation, and sin.

"But he that shall scandalise one of these little ones that believe in Me, it were better for him that a millstone be hanged about his neck, and that he should be drowned in the depth of the sea. . . . .woe to that man by whom scandal cometh." Matthew 18: 6,7.
Violated the Laws of God and our own common law by collecting "licence fees" from such brothels, thereby resulting in each and every member of parliament living, at least partially, off the proceeds of prostitution.
Violated the Laws of God and our own common law by imposing and commuting inadequate sentences and suspended sentences, for heinous crimes against the life, liberty and property of ourselves, and of the People of Australia.
Violated the Laws of God and our own common law by allowing private bankers to impose usurious and variable rates of interest upon customers who have been impoverished by them, on money which was created out of thin air by such banks in the first place.
Violated the Laws of God and our own common law by suffering private bank officers to give perjured evidence against customers, and covering up for such offences.
Violated the Laws of God and our own common law by suffering private bank officers to forge security documents, issue fictitious and fraudulent "bills of exchange", falsify accounts and shred vital evidence, and covering up for such offences.
Violated the Laws of God by suffering and allowing corrupt judges to accept bribes from bankers, and covering up for such offences.
Violated the Laws of God by allowing private bankers to enforce debts after the expiration of seven (7) years.
Violated the Laws of God and common law by allowing private bankers to take security over a customer's means of producing his livelihood.
Violated the Laws of God and common law by imposing upon the people of Australia fluctuating currency valuations and variable interest rates.
Violated the Australian Constitution, by establishing, and even joining iniquitous and corrupt, illegal political parties, such parties quickly becoming corrupted by banking houses and large financial institutions which finance them, whereby the parties do the bidding of such bankers and financiers, to the detriment of the People of Australia.
Violated their own laws by allowing private banks and large corporations to dominate the mass media, so that much of the truth is either suppressed or distorted, to the detriment of the People of Australia.
Violated the Laws of God and their own laws by allowing the teachers' training colleges, schools, colleges and even universities to become stacked with atheistic socialists, neo-pagans, humanists, pantheists, marxists, anarchists, homosexuals, paedophiles, evolutionists and other undesirables, so that the young People of Australia are receiving distorted and even untrue information and education from their teachers.
Violated the Laws of God and their own laws by suffering and even appointing atheists, homosexuals, paedophiles, pantheists, neo-pagans, globalists, and socialist republicans to sworn positions of rank and power, including positions such as that of Governors and Governors General, and even judges.
Violated our ancient laws and liberties by refusing our people our inalienable right to Trial by Jury (Magna Carta). This is exactly in line with Marx's Communist Manifesto.
Violated the Laws of God by appointing directors of some of the largest corporations in Australia to sit on the board of directors of the Reserve Bank of Australia, thereby constituting, at best, conflicts of interest, and at worst, outright corruption and insider-trading.
Violated their respective oaths of office, by encouraging social values incompatible with and inimical to the practice and observance of the true profession of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Conspired and jeopardised the family unit by encouraging children as young as 14 years to leave home, and even paying such children to do so, under the guise of "living away from home allowance," thereby further destroying the family unit, again exactly in line with Marx's Communist Manifesto.
Conspired and deliberately wrecked the Australian economy by engaging in a system of false economic rules and regulations, whereby the average Australian family now has to have both husband and wife working in order to survive and raise a family, causing children to be placed in child centres, thereby weakening the bond of family up-bringing and the family unit, which is the backbone of a civil society, exactly in line with Marx's Communist Manifesto.
Deliberately and progressively reduced the role of many of our married women in society to little more than work units.
Deliberately wrecked the Australian family unit, the keystone of a sane society, by introducing and abetting legislation (so-called Family Law Act) allowing quick and easy divorce, and equally quick and easy re-marriage, which is clearly against the Law of God, this legislation being introduced by the infamous (late) Senator Lionel Bernstein Murphy, thereby destroying the family unit, again exactly in line with Karl Marx's atheistic Communist Manifesto.
Conspired and deliberately endangered the security and safety of the Australian people by sending Australian troops overseas on a "war mission", without our permission, when no war exists, and no danger to Australia exists, thereby deliberately condoning and even participating in the slaughtering of tens of thousands of Arab women, children and babies, deliberately invoking and inviting the anger and retaliation by at least certain sections of Islamic faith, and deliberately inviting almost certain terrorist reprisal activities on Australian soil, exactly in line with the long established plans of the Illuminati for World War 111.
Deliberately violated the Australian Constitution by assuming to represent the position of commander-in-chief of the Australian Armed forces, which position is clearly held by the Governor General, under Section 68 of such Constitution.
Conspired by illegally installing Governor Generals for at least 2 decades, without our knowledge or permission, thereby causing all laws for at least the last two decades to be invalid, and therefore illegal. (London Court of Chancery finding, June 25th 2004).
Deliberately endangered the lives, safety and security of the Australian people by allowing the so-called "boat people" (aliens) to come on-shore, under the guise of "refugees", against the express wishes of the Australian people.
Deliberately violated the Australian constitution by sending Australian troops overseas to engage in war missions, against the will of the Australian people, and when Section 68 of the Australian Constitution states clearly that such powers to do so shall be vested in the Governor-General, as the Queen's representative.
Conspired to deliberately and seriously endanger the security of our people, by setting up a massacre at Port Arthur in Tasmania, by persons other than the person who has been convicted and incarcerated indefinitely without trial, resulting in the deliberately programmed disarming of our people, thereby making us extremely vulnerable to invasion and takeover. Such deliberate manoeuvres by the government and all of its members constitute mass murder, and high treason.
Mindful of the statement by the former Governor General Peter Hollingsworth, in a reply to a question about sending our Australian troops to Afghanistan without his express order: "The title of Governor General is purely titular, and he has no power to order troops anywhere."

This, notwithstanding Clause 68 of the Australian Constitution, which says:
"The command in chief of the naval and military forces of the Commonwealth is vested in the Governor-General as the Queen's representative."
Violated the sacred trust handed to them by the people of Australia to promote to the utmost the development by the people of self-government and free political and economic institutions, and the preservation of the Gospel of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ;
By conferring land rights upon indigenous aboriginal People, and discriminating against indigenous non-aboriginal People.
By conspiring and confiscating lands by recognising the "sacred sites" of indigenous aboriginal People and discriminating against true sacred sites of indigenous non-aboriginal People.
By failing to recognise the nationality of residents of principalities and Sovereign States who have legally seceded from corrupt, rotten governments in Australia.
By conspiring and adopting the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade and the Lima Agreement, failing to grant our fundamental rights of our People, granted to them by the Constitution.
By conspiring and transferring our lands for "World Heritage" listing (and transfer of those lands in discharge of purported "debts" created out of thin air by the banking system in the first place by the stroke of a pen) to the International Monetary Fund, without our knowledge or permission, thereby depriving our People of our right, for our own ends, freely to use our natural resources, exactly in line with the policies for the "New World Order." This is high treason.
By failing to faithfully and strictly observe the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations, (of which Australia is a member), the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Countries and Peoples.
By conspiring and selling coal, mineral, gas and oil rights (both on-shore and off-shore) on Australian territory to select foreign interests, when such oil and mineral deposits actually constitute the real wealth of Australia, and therefore actually belong to us, the People, in perpetuity, and not the government's to sell in the first place.
By conspiring and allowing local councils to tax the people by the charging of "rates" on their own land, for the privilege of owning their own land, in direct violation of our specifically expressed will of our people by way of referendum in 1988.
By conspiring and teaching the false theory of evolution in schools, colleges and even in universities, on an equal basis as creation, and in some cases, to be on even a higher footing than creation.
By teaching a purely humanistic, material and mechanical version of "sex education" in schools, both primary and secondary, with no mention of the moral aspect, and no suggestion or recommendation for the practice of abstinence, morality, self control, or purity.
By conspiring and imposing upon the people of Australia an iniquitous and vexatious so-called "Goods and Services Tax", in direct violation of the Australian Constitution, and the will of the people (the vast majority of whom voted against the imposition of such iniquitous tax at the federal election immediately prior to such iniquitous tax being imposed upon them), and falsely claiming a "mandate" to do so, and this after lying to us, by giving us a promise that such a tax would "never ever" be imposed on us, the People.
By conspiring and "de-regulating" the banking system in Australia, thereby allowing a flood of private, international and foreign banks into the country, creating loan credit (debts) out of nothing (thin air) by the flick of a few computer keys, and taking up mortgages on vast sections of the country and the Australian community.
By installing so-called "party whips" to operate in the illegal and iniquitous parliamentary "party system", the duty of such party whips being to ensure that all members of their respective party vote according to the direction of such party whips, and ignoring the will of the party member/s, and the will of the electors.
By conspiring and causing our Australian people, farmers, and businesses to become a nation of borrowers from the iniquitous banking system, thereby making them little more than chattel slaves in their own country. "The rich ruleth over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender." Proverbs 22:7
By conspiring and causing, by various means, including, but not limited to, alcohol, drugs, and illicit sex and mis-education, the corruption of our youth, having in mind the statement of Lenin, "Give me one generation of youth, and I will change the whole world."

Now therefore, we the people, through our representative whose signature appears below, in humble submission, obedience and loyalty to Almighty God in the Blessed Trinity, the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost, and in seeking the protection of our properties through the consecration of our lands to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, King of Kings, King of all Nations, and King of the Universe, and showing loyalty and allegiance to Queen Elizabeth II, in areas where she is in accordance with her coronation promise to rule according to the true profession of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, and according to our traditional common laws, freedoms and customs as set out and listed in the Annexure attached hereto, and earnestly praying that we shall not be hindered in our democratic determination to exercise our inalienable right to complete freedom, and seeking to promote the common good, the protection of the weak, the poor, the aged and the underprivileged, so that the dignity and freedom of all men may be assured, and our uninterrupted right to our traditional Christian worship preserved:

Having exhausted all other means available to us, by way of various correspondence, representations, and discussions with various ministers and members of the various parliaments over many years, and having achieved no satisfactory results;

Having researched, as shown above, the many facets and reasons for this lack of satisfactory results from the various members of parliament, and governments;

Having watched the deliberate, progressive, incremental violations of our rights, violation of the constitution, erosion of our livelihoods, our assets, our families, our traditional liberties, laws and freedoms, and our general welfare, the progressive selling off of the nation's public utilities, which are owned by the people and not any government's to sell in the first place, and having received considerable legal and financial advice on these matters;

Have seceded, as a fait accompli, in a peaceful, non-violent manner, from the evil, anti-Christian, neo-pagan, pantheistic, corrupt, fraudulent, humanistic, insane, underhanded, unethical, unprincipled, unscrupulous, untrustworthy, treacherous, dishonest, deceitful, two-faced, hypocritical, immoral, un-constitutional, abdicated, federal and state governments of Australia, whose policies constitute nothing less than re-worked, thinly disguised, warmed-up Marxism;

Taking with us the Laws of God, the Gospel of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, the Laws of Nature, the Laws of the Constitution of the United Kingdom, the Common Law, the Great Charter, together with the laws and charters contained in the Annexure attached hereto, our own constitution, our assets, real and personal, our lands, together with the water on, below, and above such lands, and the oil, coal, gas and minerals below such lands, our livestock, our means of producing our livelihood, our intellectual property, our families, our goods and chattels, and our assets;

We further advise that we have founded, established and proclaimed a new and independent Free-State, effective immediately, to be known hereafter as Central Queensland Free State, a Sovereign Free State, consecrated to, and under the absolute sovereignty and Kingship of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, King of Kings, King of all Nations, and King of the Universe, whilst remaining within the British Commonwealth of Nations, and rightly and lawfully claiming our share in the assets and the common, natural assets and wealth of Australia (but having no share in the man-made debts of the various state and federal governments), and reserving through our Governor, the capacity at law, to rule according to our traditional laws, and the true profession of the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, our Constitution, and the laws and charters outlined in the Annexure attached hereto, to preserve the inalienable political, economic and religious rights, freedoms, protection and Common Laws of our people, and the People of our Central Queensland Free State, in perpetuity.

We have appointed our own Governor to represent the Crown, who has assumed all powers allowable at law to governors of constitutional Sovereign Free-States, i.e., to rule according to the true profession of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ;

We have bound ourselves, in the exercise of the aforesaid powers, to observe firstly the Laws of God, the true, traditional profession of the Gospel of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, the Laws of our Central Queensland Free State Constitution, the Common Law, and the Laws of Nature and those Laws nominated in the Annexure attached hereto;

We declare that the lands of our Sovereign, Central Queensland Free State shall be such properties as we now own, and also may purchase, inherit, annex or otherwise acquire and declare from time to time, reserving the right to purchase, acquire or otherwise annex such additional land as the people of our Sovereign, Central Queensland Free State purchase, inherit, annex, or otherwise acquire from time to time, and are desirous of having the said lands included in our Sovereign, Central Queensland Free State.

We further declare that our said lands are Sacred Sites of the Clansmen of the people of our Sovereign, Central Queensland Free State, for the people of our Sovereign, Central Queensland Free State, and the practice and observance of the Laws of God and the traditional worship of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ in the Holy Trinity.

We respectfully advise that if any ministers, justices, sheriffs, bailiffs, or constables from any federal or state department trespass on to our consecrated lands or Sacred Sites, without a visa or otherwise expressed permission of our Administrator, Governor, or other person or persons officially authorised by us to give such permission, let him know:

(a) That we shall consider such person or persons to be committing an act of violation of our religion, as well as committing an act of harassment and terrorism, and sacrilege and desecration against our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ;

(b) That he will be committing an act of aggression and/or terrorism against those of our Australian people who are members of our Sovereign Central Queensland Free State; and

(c) That he will incur the awful wrath of Almighty God, the Father, the Son, and Holy Ghost.

Maintaining, practicing, trading and living in prayer, peace, harmony and tranquillity with our fellow Australians, with malice towards none, and with traditional Christian charity towards all.

We remain the Queen's good subjects, but God's first.

Dated this first day of July, in the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand and Four.

We, the people of Central Queensland Free State, hereby declare and confirm that the following Charters and Statutes as being included as an Annexure in our Constitution, and therefore constitute part of our common laws and customs:

(a) The Magna Carta of King John, 1215.

(d) The Statute of King Edward 1, 1297.
