News from around the globe that the newspapers seldom print Disclaimer and fair comment While I agree with most of the material passed on I may not be in agreement with all. However there is much we can learn from some that we disagree with. Remember it was once thought that the earth was flat. It is
left to your judgment to determine what you agree with and what to act
upon. |

Port Arthur - Police Video The plot thickens. There are two videos. One is genuine and this is the one the police are scuttling around trying to seize. It contains horrific scenes of the carnage. It contains evidence the police do not want out because that evidence proves that poor young Martin Bryant was a patsy. This video has proper credits at the start. These identify the department, the filming authority etc. A certain investigator has acquired a bag the same as the one in the video. The rifle Martin was supposed to have used won’t fit through the top opening. So the bag with the knife (with bloodstains) and Martins DNA could not be the bag that contained the rifle used. No wonder the police want the video back. The second video has no such credits. This is the one I received off-the-back-of-a-truck. It has no departmental identification, structure or credits. It is a red herring circulated first by the enemy and later by those with good intent. There is no real evidence – just idiots who have no first hand knowledge of Port Arthur gibbering. The only credit is a jpeg image of a Tasmanian police badge. SO – BE AWARE = the enemy is feeding us garbage to make us look fools. Make sure all activists are aware that this is a trap.
WHO DONE WHAT? Macca provided the Queensland police with sufficient evidence to prove
that Tasmanian police, acting in collusion with others had conspired
to not fulfil their obligation under law in the case of Martin Bryant.
Where do their duties lie? Should the Queensland police simply sit on
evidence proving the Tasmanian police are criminals at worst or derelict
in their duties at best? WHO HASN’T DONE THEIR JOB Every police officer, bailiff, magistrate, JP or other officer-of-the-law must swear to abide by the following oath. We have assigned to you and each and every of you either alone or with any one or more of such justice to be appointed as aforesaid inquires the truth concerning all manner of treasons, felonies, misdemeanours, and offences concerning which our justices of the peace may lawfully ought to inquire, by whomsoever and in what manner soever done perpetrated , or attempted in our said state and its dependencies: and upon all complaints before you to issue such process against the persons charged until they are taken or surrender themselves as may by law be issued: Knowing that Tasmanian police conspired to not fulfil their obligation under law in the case of Martin Bryant where do the Queensland Police stand duties lie? Should the Queensland police simply sit on evidence proving the Tasmanian police are criminals at worst or derelict in their duties at best? By their oath they must act to inform the Attorney General of Tasmania of a major problem. We can help by asking the police to act. Just post a copy of
this to every police station asking whether they have acted in accordance
with their oath. SOLIDARITY Anyone who is approached to be searched without warrant they should ask the police to go (Don’t be fooled by a police officer who asks can he come in – HE CAN’T without a warrant. If
a search warrant is used where there is no firm evidence of a crime having
been committed we should be able to organise a class action – not
against the government or police but against the individual officer who
used the warrant and against the magistrate or JP who issued the false
warrant. SUGGESTED ACTION ON THE FALSE VIDEO Backtrack who sent out the false one. Don’t say anything publicly. Some were innocents. Talk with them. Let me know what you can about who is sending the false video to us. AND tell us who is spreading vile rumours about activists who have been conned into passing on the false video. Tony |
