News from around the globe that the newspapers seldom print

Disclaimer and fair comment

While I agree with most of the material passed on I may not be in agreement with all. However there is much we can learn from some that we disagree with. Remember it was once thought that the earth was flat.

It is left to your judgment to determine what you agree with and what to act upon.

The Media

The media is now a big ugly lie machine that has lost sight of reality and lives largely in a world of its own making, functioning to mount attacks and smear campaigns against concerned citizens or to promote its own favourite causes.

There is a tendency to trot out platitudes as though they were established fact and to describe certain people as though the description was the determining factor and not the actual appearance or nature of the people described. They determine what you see and hear is true, without question and without argument.

Whenever a protest is launched about immigration or asylum seekers the media goes into overdrive, churning out the same garbage and using the same platitudes.

It’s a disgrace and everyone hates the situation, but no one makes any moves to do anything about it. The media has become a kind of nasty big bug in our lives that no one knows how to exterminate.

The  format now with regard to nationalism is a collection of words like “hate”, “hater”, “nazi” and “fascist” associated with terms like “whip up hatred” and “cause divisions among people”. These are balanced with words like “peace”, “peaceful”, “multicultural” and “diversity”.

No matter what the real situation involves, no matter how much genuine concern people may have with respect to a particular event or issue, these words will be trotted out obediently and used to describe anything from rioting to peaceful protest. The media message is always clear -  “Australians who are concerned about their future are nasty racists”.

In the not too distant future the sons and daughters of our pioneers will have been silenced altogether and will stand by and watch their heritage and their biological reality go down the drain. They will be the terrible silent witnesses of their own genocide by forces in the state and in the media. The big questions for surviving generations of humans, no matter what their ethnicity, will be “Why did they allow this to happen to them? Why didn’t they fight back? Couldn’t they see what was happening?”

Australia  is already a “Democratic dictatorship” and political correctness ensures that we are heading towards complete subjugation with politicians no longer regarding themselves as servants of the people.

Freedom is every human being’s most prized possession. It is an instinct to live in one’s own territory and to breathe the air of freedom, to look upon one’s homeland and to feel emotions that cannot be translated into words. To deny this to anyone is a crime against humanity.
